Like you, we are passionate about coffee. We love the amazing varieties and complexities and we love to share what we taste with our friends and family. This is why we search far and wide for the best quality coffees and roast fresh every day. This is our passion.
We got our start in 2013 by connecting with people at the local Farmer’s Market and offering our fresh roasted, organic and fair trade coffees from the back of our truck. Some weeks we were even roasting on-site! After the market season people started contacting us and to find out where our coffee could be purchased. The rest is history. Today we offer our coffees online and through many local and regional stores, shops, and restaurants.
We believe you will taste the difference in our beans. Always balanced to bring out the unique rich flavour every coffee has to offer.
We are a family owned and operated company and our entire ethic is based on our Christian faith. We always strive to operate with the highest principles of honesty and integrity. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime, we love to connect and hear your story.
Brandon Wollman | Founder & Head Roaster
Husband, father, and a little nerdy about coffee. Brandon has always appreciated good coffee and visiting Starbucks and Dunn Bros Coffee was his favorite thing to do. His entire perspective on coffee changed when a friend introduced him to the crude craft of home roasting on a modified popcorn machine.
After home roasting for several years and burning a lot of coffee, he decided to make the leap and invest in a professional roaster, and he started selling at the local Farmer's Market. To his surprise people came up and started buying. After receiving mostly positive feedback he decided to take coffee roasting to the next level and immersed himself in SCA coffee roaster courses.
This training has given him a strong foundation in the art and science of coffee roasting and has deepened his appreciation for the hard working people and families behind every cup we enjoy every day. His learning is ongoing and he has since become an SCA trained barista and continues his endeavor to learn as much as possible about this amazing fruit. This, along with his visits to Guatemala coffee farms, has given him a deep appreciation for the people and hard work behind every cup of coffee.
